Application Innovation Services, Center of
Excellence in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. He has been

values to large clients including Siemens, Coca
Cola, Ford Motors, General Motors, and Federal
Government. He is a member of the IBM Information
Technology Architect Certification Board and IBM
Technical Strategy Board. Prior to IBM, he had
over 12 years of experience in architecting
application solutions for several large prestigious
corporations including Electronic Data Services
(EDS-consulting services business), Phillips
Petroleum Company (oil and gas exploration
business), Champion International Paper Company
(paper, cardboard and lumber business), and Ralston
Purina Company (human, cat, dog, birds, and animal

Dr. Narendra Singh
He
was borne in a prominent family of Bharatpur in
Village Pidawali in June, 1961. He completed his
education with M.S., M. Tech and Ph.D from
Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. His area
of research work for his Ph.D dissertation was
Solar Thermal Power Generation. Subsequently, he
carried out Post Doctoral studies at Department
of Fuel and Energy, University of Leeds, England
in the area of Solar Thermal Power Generation
and Hydrogen Energy. He joined Government of
India in the year 1988 and work on various
aspects of promotion/propagation and utilization
of renewable sources of energy. Dr. Singh has
also had brief stints with United Nation
Development Programme and GEF, world bank. In
his professional career Dr. Singh has published
about 3 dozen research papers/articles in various
reputed international journals,
national/international conference etc. He has also
been associated with promotion of quality technical
education in the country. Dr. Singh is also a
Secretary of Board of Governors of Rajasthan College
of Engineering for Women, Jaipur, Rajasthan
Institute of Engineering & Technology, Jaipur,
Rajasthan Pharmacy College, Jaipur.
