Prof. (Dr.) N.C. Bhandari (B.E., M.E., Ph.D.,
[IITD])
Principal
Dr.
Bhandari did his graduation in Mechanical Engg. i.e.
B.E.(Mech.) Hons from MREC, Jaipur (Presently, MNIT)
in 1968 (The first batch of MERC). Did M.E. (Machine
Design) in 1974 from University of Rajasthan and
Ph.D. in Mechanical Vibrations from IIT, Delhi in
1979. The
Kautilya Institute is fortunate to have Prof. (Dr.) N.C. Bhandari with a wider experience in India & Abroad
including BITS Pilani, MNIT, Jaipur, IIT Delhi,
University of Basrah, Iraq, University College of
Engineering, Kota & Rajasthan Technical University. |

He is a highly qualified,
scholastic personality having an experience of 40 years in engineering
education. He has served as Dean, Faculty of Engg., since 2002
earlier for University of Rajasthan, Jaipur
(Dean, FOET) and later in Rajasthan Technical
University Kota (Dean, FOEA). He was holding the
post of Director, University College of Engineering,
Rajasthan Technical University (Earlier Principal,
Engineering College, Kota). He is only person in
Rajasthan who has served as Professor for last more
than 20 years. He remains member of various bodies,
Boards & Societies and named in
''who is who in the world', 'International Man of
the year' (International Biography) etc. |

And she is having 15 years teaching & research experience in the areas of Management studies and Managerial Economics which includes 13 years of teaching at REC
Nagpur.She has acted as a Member of various
Government committees including CAPART
(GOI), NCW, EEC, (GOI) PNDT, CB (GOI) as an eminent expert. She
is looking after the entire development scenario.She has conducted about
15 Management Development Programs, Executive
sessions & HRD workshops. She is also the Chairman
admission of the Institute. |

P.R. Sindhi ( B.E., M.E., Ph. D. (IIT Kanpur))
Professor & Head Civil Engineering Deptt.
An
eminent professor in the area of Structural
Engineering. He has over 42 years of teaching and
research experience including that of teaching in
Southern Africa, Libya and India. He is fellow
Member of Institution of Engineers, India and Life
Member of I.S.T.E. and I.S.T.A.M. He has to this
credit served technical papers & books. |

He has been associated with teaching & research in the field of Production & Industrial Engineering for more than three decades. His special areas of interest are Manufacturing System Engineering, Computer Aided Manufacture (CAM). He is the author of well-known book entitled “Elements of Mechanical
Engineering”. |

(Engg.), MIE, AMAeSI)
He is
a Mechanical Engineer from BIT (Ranchi) and
Aeronautical Engineer trained at Air Force
Technical College, Bangalore, has an experience of
37 years of Aircraft and its allied equipment
maintenance. It is also an experienced Aircraft
Instructor, who has Aircraft systems and impaired
flying training to Air Force Flight Engineer for 12
years. |

He is a visiting faculty in Kautilya Institute of
Technology & Engineering. Dr. Arora is M.E.
(Honours) and Ph. D. from Malviya National Institute
of Technology Jaipur. He is first position holder of
M.E. (Honours), Transportation of Rajasthan
University. He has got 35 Years of experience in teaching post graduate and
under graduate classes, research and industry.

He has 25 papers at his credit published in various
national journals and presented in national and international
conferences/seminars. He is a award winner of best paper award 'Conceptual
groundwater modeling using GIS' GIS India 2003-National conference of
GIS/GPS/RS/Digital Photogrametry and CAD Jaipur
2003. His field of specialization is Transportation
& Water Reserves Engineering. |

Colonel Gopal Patel (B.E., M.E.)
Head ECE Deptt.
He is an alumnus of Military College of
Telecommunication Engineering, Mhow, and Sri Govind
Seksaria Institute of Technology & Science, Indore
from where he obtained his bachelor’s and master’s
degree respectively. He has vast and varied
experience of over 32 years in the field of
Electronics & Communication Engineering; out of this
29 years has been on engineering the customized
communication needs of the Army as officer in the
Corps of Signals.

He is also a graduate of
the Institute of Armament Technology (IAT), Pune from
where he completed his Technical Staff Course, a
coveted and highly competitive course in the
difference forces. |

Reader in Civil Engg.
Deptt.
He is graduate in Civil
Engineering. with specialization in the field of
Transportation Engineering. from MNIT, Jaipur. Out
of total experience of 15 years, he is with KITE for
last 6 years as Reader & Head. He is also having 9
years experience for construction and consultancy of
Civil Engineering Projects. He is fellow member of
IRC, ISTE.

Mr. Devi Prasad Sharma
B.E. (Computer Science & Engg) Passed in 2001,
M.Tech (Engg System) in 2007 from Dayalbagh
University, Agra. Joined teaching in July 2001. He
has 7 years of teaching experience in different
engineering colleges. Specialisation areas are
Soft Computing, Theory of computer science, Compiler Design etc.
Presently he is Head Computer Engg. Deptt.

2007 had worked as Registrar in Aayojan School of
architecture.
