	Prof. (Dr.) N.C. Bhandari  (B.E., M.E., Ph.D., [IITD]) Principal   Dr. Bhandari did his graduation in Mechanical Engg. i.e. B.E.(Mech.) Hons from MREC, Jaipur (Presently, MNIT) in 1968 (The first batch of MERC). He completed M.E. (Machine Design) in 1974 from the University of Rajasthan and Ph.D. in Mechanical Vibrations from IIT, Delhi in 1979. The Kautilya Institute is fortunate to have Prof. (Dr.) N.C. Bhandari with a wider experience in India & Abroad including BITS Pilani, MNIT, Jaipur, IIT Delhi, University of Basrah, Iraq, University College of Engineering, Kota & Rajasthan Technical University. He is a highly qualified, scholastic personality having an experience of 42 years in engineering education. He has served as Dean, Faculty of Engg., since 2002 earlier for  the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur (Dean, FOET) and later in Rajasthan Technical University Kota (Dean, FOEA). He had served at the post of Director, University College of Engineering, Rajasthan Technical University (Earlier Principal, Engineering College, Kota). He is the only person in Rajasthan who has served as Professor for last more than 22 years. He remains a member of various bodies, Boards & Societies and named in    ''who is who in the world', 'International Man of the year' (International Biography) etc.
	Dr. P.R. Sindhi ( B.E., M.E., Ph. D. (IIT Kanpur)) Professor & Head Civil Engineering Deptt. An eminent professor in the area of Structural Engineering.   He has over 44 years of teaching and research experience including teaching in South Africa, Libya and India. He is a fellow Member of Institution of Engineers, India and Life Member of I.S.T.E. and I.S.T.A.M. He has also published served technical papers & books.
	Er. P. N. Gupta (B.E., M.E. (Prod. & Ind. Engg.)) DEAN (Student Affairs) & Head (Mechanical Engg.) He has been associated with teaching & research in the field of Production & Industrial Engineering for more than three decades. His special areas of interest are Manufacturing System Engineering, Computer Aided Manufacture (CAM). He is the author of well-known book entitled “Elements of Mechanical Engineering”.
	Dr. A.N. Arora (B.E., M.E (Honours)., Ph.D.) He is a visiting faculty in Kautilya Institute of Technology & Engineering. Dr. Arora is M.E. (Honours) and Ph. D. from Malviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur. He is the first position holder in M.E. (Honours), Transportation of Rajasthan University. He has got 35 Years of experience in teaching post graduate and under graduate classes, research and industry. He has 25 papers in his credit published in various national journals and presented in national and international conferences/seminars. He is a award winner of best paper award 'Conceptual groundwater modeling using GIS' GIS India 2003-National conference of GIS/GPS/RS/Digital Photogrametry and CAD Jaipur 2003. His field of specialization is Transportation & Water Reserves Engineering.
	Wg. Cdr. R.K. Sharda (B.Sc.  (Engg.), MIE, AMAeSI) He is a Mechanical Engineer from BIT (Ranchi) and Aeronautical Engineer  trained at Air Force Technical College, Bangalore, has experience of 37 years of Aircraft and its allied equipment maintenance. He is also an experienced Aircraft Instructor, who has Aircraft systems and impaired flying training to Air Force Flight Engineer for 12 years.
	Dr. S.C. Agarwal (B.E., M.E., Ph.D) Visiting Professor   Dr. Agarwal is an Electrical Engineering graduate (1964) from University of Jodhpur. He completed his Master degree in Power System in 1970 from the University of Rajasthan. Kautilya is fortunate to have his association and expertise with a wider experience in India & Abroad (like Australia, U.K., USA, Canada & Europe) including MNIT, Jaipur, University of Rajasthan. He is highly qualified scholar having experience of more than 50 years in engineering education. He has served as Dean, Faculty of Engineering & Technology, University of Rajasthan. He was the first Director of MNIT, Jaipur in year 2002 and has served as Principal MREC, Jaipur. He had been the professor of Electrical Engineering at MREC, Jaipur for 14 years. He was also the Chairman of Rajasthan Pre- Engineering Test (RPET) and Rajasthan State Centre of Institution of Engineers (India).
	Er. D.K. Sharma (B.Tech., M.Tech, Ph. D.) Reader in Civil Engg. Deptt.  He is graduate in Civil Engineering with specialization  in the field of Transportation Engineering from MNIT, Jaipur. Out of total experience of 15 years, he has been with KITE for last 7 years as Reader & Head. He is also having 9 years experience for construction and consultancy of Civil Engineering Projects. He is a fellow member of IRC, ISTE.
	Colonel Gopal Patel (B.E., M.E.) Dean, (Student Welfare) He is an alumnus of Military College of Telecommunication Engineering, Mhow, and Sri Govind Seksaria Institute of Technology & Science, Indore from where he obtained his bachelor’s and master’s degree respectively. He has vast and varied experience of more than 34 years in the field of Electronics & Communication Engineering; out of this 29 years he has been in engineering, the customized communication, a requisition of the Army and served as officer in the Corps of Signals. He is also a graduate from the Institute of Armament Technology (IAT), Pune from where he completed his Technical Staff Course, a coveted and highly competitive course in the difference forces.
	Mr. Sandeep Toshniwal Head, ECE Deptt. He is M. Tech with specialization in the field of Digital Communication from MNIT, Jaipur. He has teaching experience of 7 years. He is a member of I.E.T.E. His areas of specialization are Micro Strip Antenna Communication, Digital Communication & Digital Electronics. He is also a Convener for the Admission of the Institute.
	Dr. Nitin Goyal - B.E., M.E. (Hons), Ph.D. (IIT Bombay) Reader, Civil Engineering Deptt.   He  was   awarded   as   ‘Young   Scientist’   by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, and has been working on “air quality management in urban areas” for more than a decade. A dedicated researcher in the field of Environmental Science and Engineering, he has published several papers in journals and presented his work at national and international conferences. Position holder in M.E. (Hons.), and B.E. (Civil), both from MREC, Jaipur and Ph.D. from IIT Bombay, he has collaborated with various national and international agencies for research projects. An eminent speaker, he has teaching experience of several years, and is a member of several professional bodies.
	Mr. Himmat Singh Registrar. He is having experience of 35 years of Administrative services at Secretariat, has experience of 1 year of removal of pay anomalies commission, constitute under chairmanship of Mr. Y.Singh (Ex-Chairman RPSC). From July 1999 to 23 Jan. 2007. He had worked as Registrar in Aayojan School of architecture and joined Kautilya on February 1, 2007.
