The department provides high quality education in
Information Technology at the bachelor's level (Under Graduate). The course
for IT was made to fit the needs of the field of Information
Technology with a great emphasis on the managerial facets of software
development in order to create not just engineers who are part-time
managers, but manager-engineers. Consequently, the course includes
management subjects also. It favors web centric technologies and information
management along with conventional areas and associated projects.
